Curtis Wright Obituary

Mr. Curtis Eugene "Goose" Wright, age 68 of Fayette, passed away Monday, October 29, 2018 at Hospice of West Alabama.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, November 1, 2018 at 11-A.M. from Nelson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in New Liberty Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home.

Survivors include one son: Shawn Wright (Jaclyn), four daughters: Tracy Miles (Randall), Christy Tucker (Willie), Rebecca Dunn (Phillip), Beverly Robertson, two sisters: Betty Lou Smith, and Gwendolyn Johnson (Joe), eleven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and the love of his life: Charlotte Wright.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Aaron and Verla Wright, sisters: Gaynell Upton and Margie Clanton, and a brother: Donald Wright.

Pallbearers will be: Landon Wright, Scotty Johnson, Marlon Norris, Randall Miles, Barry Smith, and Rodney Smith.
